Ammonium Sulphate

Ammonium Sulphate [(NH4)2 SO4] was one of the first and most widely used as Nitrogen (N) fertilizers for crop. It's especially valuable where both Nitrogen (N) and sulphur (S) are required. Its high solubility provides versatility for a number of agricultural applications. Primary use of Ammonium Sulphate fertilizer for alkaline soils. The ammonium ion is released and forms a small amount of acid, for pH balance while contributing essential nitrogen for plant growth.
